Start with a free coordination review
Tell us what you are exploring and the practical help you need. Our agency reviews the coordination scope and next steps; this initial review is not a medical assessment or a doctor’s second opinion.

Clinical instructions and an agreed communication route
This is a sequence of coordination steps, not a fixed treatment or travel timetable. Clinical timing is determined by the hospital.
Prepare for hospital review
Once the process and handling arrangements are agreed, organize the information requested by the hospital. Its clinicians decide whether further assessment or an in-person consultation is appropriate. If the team declines your case, we say so plainly and refund the coordination fee in full.
Confirm the plan before travel
We put the confirmed appointments, package inclusions, payments and travel arrangements in writing before you make the trip.
Attend your appointments in Beijing
Your coordinator assists with agreed visits and communication. Examinations, treatment decisions and clinical consent remain with the hospital and its clinicians.
Prepare for discharge and returning home
We help organize available reports, imaging and translation arrangements. The clinical team advises on travel readiness, medication and follow-up.
Connect the information after your visit
Share the discharge plan with your local clinicians. We coordinate follow-up communication within the agreed service duration; ongoing medical advice comes from your healthcare providers.
What the trips can look like
Our planning outline allows two to three days for an initial consultation and pre-operative assessment, followed by a second trip for the procedure and a recovery stay of around a month. A follow-up around month three may involve another visit or coordination from home. Your hospital team confirms the examinations, dates, follow-up location and when you can fly; this outline is not a fixed medical timetable.
Practical details
Before leaving Beijing, check the handoff.
Use discharge planning to clarify both medical instructions and practical communication. Your clinical team determines the care you need; coordination helps organize the information.
- Have the available reports and imaging files been gathered?
- Which documents need translation for your local clinicians?
- Who provides follow-up advice and through which confirmed channel?
- What does the clinical team advise about travel readiness?
- What communication support remains within your agency service plan?
