Our role & limits
China Hospital Access is an independent agency providing coordination and practical support. Hospitals and licensed clinicians provide diagnosis and treatment. Appointment requests, including requests for Dr. Hu Haibo, require hospital and schedule confirmation. An enquiry does not confirm an appointment or establish a clinical relationship.
Scope must be agreed in writing
Before you pay for coordination services or book travel, we provide a written scope identifying the contracting parties, inclusions, exclusions, timing, changes, cancellation arrangements and support duration. Medical charges are paid directly to the hospital. Coordination pricing is determined individually after records review and assessment.
Hospital decisions and research information
Hospital acceptance, appointments, device availability and treatment decisions require hospital confirmation. Research references are informational and do not promise an individual outcome or establish an endorsement of the agency.
If the hospital declines your case
If the team declines your case, we say so plainly and refund the coordination fee in full. Other changes and cancellations are governed by your written service agreement.
